Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Messrs Nor Chambers is committed to ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory guidelines in all transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made via FPX (Financial Process Exchange) and e-wallet services.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a transaction before it is processed. Once a payment has been successfully completed, cancellations are not allowed except under exceptional circumstances as determined by Messrs Nor Chambers.

If a client wishes to cancel a transaction, a written request must be submitted to Messrs Nor Chambers via email at admin@norchambers.com.my within 24 hours of the payment. The request must include the transaction details, reason for cancellation, and supporting documents (if applicable).

Approval of cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of Messrs Nor Chambers. If approved, the refund process will follow the terms stated in this policy.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions made due to technical errors.
  • Erroneous charges or overpayments.
  • Payments made for services that Messrs Nor Chambers is unable to provide.
  • Other valid reasons at the discretion of Messrs Nor Chambers, subject to regulatory compliance.

 

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Messrs Nor Chambers via email at [contact email] within 7 days of the transaction date. The request must include transaction details, proof of payment, and supporting documentation.

Once a refund request is received, Messrs Nor Chambers will review the request and notify the client of the decision within 14 business days.

 

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are not eligible for refunds:

  • Payments for services that have already been rendered.
  • Charges related to administrative or processing fees.
  • Any other transaction deemed non-refundable based on regulatory and legal requirements.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding payments, cancellations, or refunds, clients are encouraged to first contact Messrs Nor Chambers at admin@norchambers.com.my or +603-87404444.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

 

6. Amendments to the Policy

Messrs Nor Chambers reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be communicated through our official website or other appropriate channels.
