AZIZ is the Managing Partner of Messrs Nor Chambers and concentrates primarily on Corporate Advisory work including corporate finance and capital markets, corporate commercial and advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt restructuring, liquidations and receivership, private equity and venture capital, real estate and property (conveyancing), drafting contract including review of agreements (shareholders agreement, share sale agreement, joint venture agreement, subscription agreement, sale and purchase agreement .
AZIZ is a graduate of Bachelor of Law from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 1994. He did his chambering at Messrs Nordin Torji & Yusoff Ahmad and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Malaysian Bar in 1995. In 2000 he served Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad in the Advisory Unit, Legal Affairs Division, where he gained exposure in the work of advising and supervision of all aspects of the law relating to forfeiture and disposal of assets.
He has worked with several law firms and has more than 25 years of experience, specializing in all general areas of conveyancing legal practice and has extensive experience in drafting various corporate documentation and matters relating property transaction including the retail and commercial banking / financial matters (Conventional and Islamic Banking).

At Messrs Nor Chambers, NORAINI in-charge of Conveyancing and Banking Division and she focuses on real estate works. She also oversees advises on the preparation of security documentations for various commercial banks, merchant bank and also other financial institutions.
NORAINI was born in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. She received her early and secondary education at Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2005.
She did her chambering at Messrs Nazri Azmi Islinda in 2005 and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in June 2006. She has gain more than 10 years experience in various legal matters and is also a partner focusing on conveyancing matters as well as in litigation matters.

Nur Izurin Binti Razhuan graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) with a degree in Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) in the year 2019. Currently, she is pursuing Postgraduate Diploma in Administration of Islamic Judiciary and Legal Practice at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She commenced her early practices with Messrs Nazri Azmi Islinda, under the tutelage of Puan Elia Binti Mohamed, and later was called to the bar in August 2020.
During her chambering period, she was attached to Conveyancing Department where she was exposed to real estate and property as well as banking and finance matters. She is responsible in handling a broad range of works in the areas of conveyancing transactions such as sale and purchase of properties and property financing (both conventional and Islamic).
Following the completion of her pupillage at Messrs Nazri Azmi Islinda, she joined Messrs Shamsul Rijal & Associates as Legal Assistant until August 2022. She has been entrusted to handle various land transactions independently. Not only she was exposed to conveyancing matters, she had also attended to non-contentious litigation matters.
Eager to strive for achievements, she later joined Messrs Nor Chambers, where she embarks on her new journey to be a great conveyancer. She believes her legal skills will be continued to be developed and enhanced in Messrs Nor Chambers, allowing her to contribute her knowledge and skills to society.

Prior to that, she served at Messrs Lee & May from 1997 to 2009, where she was the trusted right-hand woman to partner Miss Fiona Lee May Lin, managing all conveyancing matters for prominent developers. During this time, she also pursued an Executive Diploma in Business Management at the University of Malaya.
Her exemplary service at Messrs Lee & May led to her appointment as a Director at Total Jewel (MM2H) Sdn Bhd, a company dedicated to providing specialized services to expatriates under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) scheme. ISA is the Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Director, and Shareholder of INGRESS SUPREME SDN BHD, where he leads the company’s business operations.
With over 18 years of experience in business management and real estate marketing, he has worked with several prominent real estate developers in Malaysia. Early in his career, he gained international exposure working with a Dubai-based event management company, further strengthening his expertise in operational management.
Isa is a graduate of Institut Teknologi MARA, where he earned a Diploma in Investment Analysis. His academic background has equipped him with strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends, risk assessment, and portfolio management—critical competencies that complement his extensive experience in real estate.
In addition to his role at INGRESS SUPREME SDN BHD, Isa serves as an Associate Partner at Messrs Nor Chambers, where he oversees administration, human resources, and financial management. He is committed to delivering exceptional client service, emphasizing transparency, efficiency, and professionalism in every transaction. ACCOUNT MANAGER
AHMAD HIFZI is the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Shareholder who heads the finance department of INGRESS SUPREME SDN BHD since 2018. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with MIA from 2007. His extensive experience includes financial audits, accounting services, tax computation and statutory audits in various industries such as construction, manufacturing, cooperatives / societies, trading and service companies, higher education institutions and government agencies for more than 15 years. He served for KPMC Kajang and KPMC Puchong from 2008 to 2014 as Head Accountants.
He served as Account Manager at Messrs Nor Chambers since 2019. He is also actively involved in financial consulting services which is the basis for determining the direction and strategies to ensure that the financial condition of the company and other branches of the business under the company meets the standards of the authorities. His firmness and optimism are an asset to the company.

MAZIAH is a graduate of Diploma in Banking from the Institut Teknologi MARA in year 1982.
She joined THE CHARTERED BANK which was later known as Standard Chartered Bank and currently STANDARD CHARTERED BANK MALAYSIA BHD (“SCBMB”) in 1982. She had gained vast experience and knowledge in banking practices and procedures with SCBMB. She started her career in SCB in the Retail & Branch Banking Department. Later in year 1998 she has been elevated and nominated as one of the Power of Attorneys for SCBMB of Malaysia.
She also held the position as a Senior Manager in the Securing Documentation Units of SCBMB which was responsible in securing and receiving all relevant securities documents favoring SCB from their appointed Solicitors and also to ensure that the securities were in compliance with the SCBMB requirements and that the interest of SCBMB were well protected.
During her service and career with SCBMB, she had attended numerous courses and in line with the Bank Negara Malaysia directives to have Islamic Banking in Malaysia she also has been awarded Certificate in the Islamic Banking & Financing Law conducted by the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2014.
Currently she joined Messrs Nor Chambers (“The Firm”) to oversees and monitoring the firm’s Loan Documentation department to ensure all banks’ requirement, procedures and conditions in financing matters are being complied with.
With her great expertise and on hand experience in financing documentations and procedures the Firm has taken steps to form a Department monitored by her. These steps which will enhanced the Firm’s services quality considering of the great competition with the others and this will increase confidence on the part of Banking Institutions who are very strict in matters of procedures and also the risk in their investment in the growing housing industry.

FILZAH HENDON BINTI SHAMSUL BAHRI graduated from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia with LLB & Shariah (Hons) in 2021. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Rushdi, Yusop & Partners and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2022.
Throughout her studies and pupillage, she has discovered wide array of conveyancing practices where she was in charge in the conveyancing department handling loan documentation and conveyancing matters for Islamic and conventional under Public Bank and develops her interest in conveyancing and corporate law since then. She was also trained to liaise with clients, financial institutions and government bodies to sharpen her interpersonal and soft skills.
In 2023, she decided to begin her career by joining Nor Chambers to broaden her knowledge and skills in mastering the law and step up her growth in the legal fraternity. With that, she is looking forward to learn and contribute as much as possible to the firm and society.
